The mission of the McAuliffe at Smiley Foundation is to do as much as we can to help the McAuliffe staff and students and help fill some gaps that are not covered by DPS. 

Support our Students! We help the Critical Needs Program provide necessities such as backpacks, school supplies, coats, uniforms, and vision care to our students in need. We provide scholarship funding so all students can attend field trips, educational outings, and other activities.

Support our Teachers! This year’s start was a bit chaotic, both for the community and our teachers and staff. Your donations provided team-building breakfasts, professional development, and other items not provided by DPS, all of which help our teachers support our students.
